How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready in 3–5 working days after you approve the layout. Rush orders can often be done within 24–48 hours — just tell us your deadline upfront.
Is there a minimum order?
No strict minimum for most items — even 10 pieces is fine. Bulk pricing kicks in at 50 pieces and above.
I don't have a design. Can you make one?
Yes. Send us your photo, text or even a rough idea and we'll create the layout for you. The first digital preview is free.
What file should I send?
The highest-resolution version you have — PNG, JPG or PDF. Avoid screenshots and downloaded social media photos; they print blurry.
How do I pay, and do you deliver?
GCash, bank transfer, cash on pickup, or cash on delivery. Pick up at our Liloan shop, or we ship nationwide via your preferred courier.
